REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: November 29, 2025

  1. GENERAL POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

At Social Scion Marketplace, we specialize in intangible, irrevocable digital goods, including downloadable AI prompts, PDF strategy kits, JSON architecture files, and video course materials.

All Sales Are Final. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made and the download link has been generated. Unlike physical goods, a digital product cannot be “returned” to us in any verifiable way.

  1. EXCEPTIONS (ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND)

We acknowledge that technical errors can occur. We will offer a full refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Defect: The file you downloaded is corrupt, damaged, or incomplete, and our technical support team is unable to rectify the issue within 48 hours of you reporting it.
  2. Product Not as Described: The product you received is materially different from the product description and images portrayed on the sales page (e.g., you purchased a “Holiday Kit” but received a “Portrait Kit”).
  3. Duplicate Transaction: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product in a single session.
  1. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

We do not issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer need the product after purchasing.
  • Software Incompatibility: You purchased a prompt kit (e.g., for Midjourney or Veo) but do not have the required subscription to that third-party AI tool to use it. Please read the product requirements carefully before buying.
  • Lack of Expertise: You are unable to use the product due to a lack of technical knowledge, provided the product itself is not defective.
  1. EU & UK CONSUMER LAW NOTICE

If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK): Standard consumer law grants a 14-day “cooling-off period” for distance contracts. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By clicking “Purchase” or “Download,” you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the download process begins.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To submit a refund request based on the exceptions in Section 2, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

  • Required Information: Please include your email address, order number, and a screenshot or clear description of the issue.
  1. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

We urge you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Unjustified chargebacks (filing a dispute with your bank without contacting us first) are considered a breach of our Terms of Service. This will result in the permanent suspension of your account and the revocation of your license to use any previously purchased Social Scion digital assets.
